"Check-in felt oddly complicated"
The place itself was fine, no big complaints there. But the whole check-in situation was weirdly stressful. The info came in late, and we had to call twice just to get it sorted, which had me wondering if they were testing our patience on purpose. Check-out wasn’t much better either—the instructions were kind of confusing, like there was some hidden code we were supposed to crack. Overall, the stay was okay, but arriving and leaving felt way more complicated than it needed to be.

"Really nice, helpful staff"
We rented through Island Life Rentals HHI i was expecting the usual back-and-forth where you send a question and wait forever. But nope, they got back to me quickly and were super patient with all my little questions, even the ones I felt kind of silly asking.

Check-in instructions were easy to follow, and when I called about one small issue, I was ready to be mildly annoyed, then someone actually answered and helped right away. They were professional without being stiff, and still really friendly. I’d definitely rent through them again.

I’d say the place was okay overall, but it didn’t really match the listing. The photos made it look cleaner and more spacious than it actually was, and a few things that were mentioned weren’t there. It wasn’t a terrible stay or anything, but you do feel a bit misled when you show up expecting one thing and get something different.

"Good value and an easy stay"
The price was fair, the place was clean, and everything worked out well for my stay. The whole process was easy from start to finish, which I really appreciated.

"Honestly, Not Comfortable"
The place looked decent in the photos, but once we got there, the furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. The couch was old and saggy, the chairs felt cheap, and the bed was so hard that we barely slept. I was hoping—actually, I expected the basics to be better for what we paid. It just didn’t feel like a relaxing place to stay

"Maintenance was sooo quick"
Had a little issue pop up, but maintenance came by and fixed it waaay faster than I expected. Super easy experience overall.

I’d say the place was clean enough overall, but you could definitely notice a few areas that needed more attention. The bathroom could’ve used a better cleaning, while the floors were okay for the most part.

"Fast responses and super easy to deal with"

The place itself was fine, but the amenities didn’t really live up to what I had in mind. Some things felt a bit dated, and the cleanliness in those areas could’ve been better. The pool was small, the wifi was hit or miss, and the kitchen didn’t have everything we needed. It wasn’t a terrible stay, just not quite what I’d expect at that price...

"Great spot right by the beach"
Loved how close this place was to the beach. Didn’t have to drive at all, just a quick walk and we were there. Shops and places to eat were nearby too, so everything felt easy. Would definitely stay again.
